I work in our Royal Wootton Bassett office, specialising in all types of residential property work. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, redemption of Help to Buy, auction transactions, unregistered land, transfers of parts of titles and new build properties. I was fortunate to undertake work experience at Bevirs during the summer between my law degree and post graduate studies and am really pleased to be returning to the firm as a qualified solicitor. I grew up in Wootton Bassett but moved to Aberystwyth to complete my law degree and Legal Practice Course, having then returned to the area working for a firm in Bristol before training and qualifying at a local firm where I worked for 10 years. Outside of work I am a wife and a mum to two lovely little girls. I particularly enjoy going to Cotswold Wildlife Park with them, utilising our annual pass, and our family holidays to Disney World. My other interests include playing the flute, baking, reading and musicals.

Efficient and trustworthy - would recommend
This is the second time I’ve used Bevirs conveyancing solicitors. The conveyancing team I had (Emma, Pavneet, Lynn, Megan, Lauren H) were all very professional, very efficient and I felt like they had our best interests at heart and therefore trusted them. They always kept me up to date and worked as quickly as they could (despite the chain being held up elsewhere). I was a bit worried that my initial solicitor leaving midway through our conveyancing journey would slow things but it really didn’t. Thank you for all your hard work.
