Trainee Solicitor

Dervinder is currently a trainee solicitor in the Employment department, where he handles both contentious and non-contentious matters. His responsibilities include providing advice on employment law cases that may progress to tribunal litigation, as well as conducting research on employment statutes and regulations to support ongoing cases. He is particularly passionate about this area of law due to its ever-changing nature, intellectual challenges, and variety. His key advice to clients is to focus on prevention by establishing strong policies and procedures. Outside of his professional life, Dervinder enjoys staying fit at the gym and is an avid football enthusiast, both as a player and a spectator. He also values quality time with his family and friends.
