I much appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Hansells that were involved in the sale of my property recently. As these matters often do, it took some time from start to completion but overall any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is quite possible I shall be needing their services again in the not to distant future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Making selling easy
Throughout my sale Gemma kept me in the loop and up to date on what was happening in the background. Gemma was professional and courteous throughout and made selling my house easy.

Purchase of holiday let
My experience with using Hansells Solicitors was great!
Gemma was very friendly but professional. She had great communication, and kept me informed of the progress of my purchase throughout.
I would highly recommend Hansells, and definitely use them again should I ever need them.

First class service!!
I'm writing this reveiw on behalf of my elderly father who has now had to move into a care home. We have therefore had to sell his property to fund his care. Dealing with Gemma and all her colleagues at Hansells have made this process so much easier. They have been so kind,caring and helpful to us and especially to my father. We would just like to thank you and all your staff for helping with the sale which has now been completed! Highly recommended!!!!!

Professional, valuable, honest advice provided throughout
Gemma, Beverley and Lauren have provided clear advice and guidance and have been a huge help in dealing with the winding up of my Mum’s estate. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sale of 6 Kiln Close, Old Catton
Not knowing the sequence of events or the time needed to complete the sale I am unable to offer any opinion, especially as I was lasting power of attorney only for my mother. Dealing with Gemma Murrell in the latter stages of the sale were positive though and professional.

Very helpful and proactive
Gemma and the team were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Always happy to answer questions and get back to me ASAP if they didn't know the answer already! They managed to get my purchase completed in a surprisingly short time frame, which I am very greatful for.

My recent transaction
Sometimes a little difficult to contact but Gemma was meticulous and very clear when explaining issues that seemed difficult to me. Everything worked out well in the end. Overall she provided good service and I would recommend her to others.

Brilliant throughout
We have used hansells 3 times (two house purchases and 1 sale) and we have worked with Gemma for both house purchases.
Without a doubt she has always been great, always helpful, explains everything and very efficient. We had a bit of a stressful time in the last house purchase and yet Gemma was made it easier answering any questions we had and pushing things when needed so we could complete on time.
Will definitely we returning in the future the next time we purchase a house in the future.
