I had the pleasure to meet with two of Talbots finest Solicitors. Afshan and Sophie who helped me with my first ever Auction Purchase. The pressures were on to complete within a short period of time or face penalties which could lead to a substantial loss in deposit and auction fees. Afshan and Sophie were professional throughout the process keeping me on track. When the final push came before the deadline to complete, they went that extra mile to ensure I completed all the necessary paperwork and that it was processed by themselves up to the very last minute of the deadline. True professionals with the clients best interests at heart at all times. We used Talbots Law to sell and buy our property and have used them in the past also. Afshan and Sophie were professional, efficient and friendly throughout what ended up being a more complicated sale.
