My partner and I chose to use Gamlins to buy our first property together. We ran into some issues with the sale of my property regarding some issues with HM Land Registry which slowed the progress of our purchase to a holt.
Fortunately we had Gamlins' solicitor Mellisa Roberts who is nothing short of a miracle worker and fantastic at her job. She handled our case with professionalism and exceptional knowledge in her field.
During the six month process of overseeing the sale and purchase of our properties Melissa was always available to update and reassure us of what was happening. She consistently emailed us during out of office hours, just to keep us informed.
She is a credit to Gamlins and we hope to have her with us in any future house sale/ purchase.

Buying a new house 🏠
My situation ended up being a really tricky one , but Melissa and the team went above and beyond to get this over the line , while still pursuing the route I wanted to go down. Really happy with the tenacity and persistence to get my purchase completed and how thorough it all was looked at.
It was all done over the phone which was also much easier and doable for me.

Gamlins review
I used Gamlins conveyancing services, specifically through Melissa Roberts, during a recent offer I submitted on a property in the Mold area. Although I ended up having to withdraw my offer, Melissa amd her team were excellent throughout, and I hope to use their services again in the near future.

Amazing
After owning our home for almost 2 years we found out the solicitors we used had been intervened by the SRA and not completed our Mortgage papers which meant on paper we didn't own our home, luckily we found Melissa at gamlins law who has got all our issues sorted and is currently dealing with the SRA to retrieve our money back that we payed out to the original company due to them not doing any of the work after recieving payment. Melissa has been great always in contact great communication and has done everything and more we have asked of her and when we come to move next we will definitely be using her again.
