Amazing, so professional & thorough - yet quick
Blacks were appointed by our lender to handle the legals on our new house purchase as the previous solicitor was closed down by the SRA just 1 week before our planned exchange date - right before Christmas!
Hannah picked up our case, got an immediate handle on it, worked tirelessly (even through the Christmas period) to get us Exchanged and Completed within 6 weeks.
