Used Ryan Morgan's team to put my mum's property onto the Land Registry and then handle the sale. I was always kept informed and things were settled very quickly especially with the sale of the house which was completed at very short notice. I appreciate the effort made to get things done promptly but would advise clients to check their bills as errors were made on both occasions.

Completion and sale of property

Superb
Ryan and Hannah dealt with the sale of my late parents’ property. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced too.They answered any queries I had speedily and professionally. The communication was second to none.
Cannot fault them, in any way, would definitely use them again.

Very Good
I use Ryan at HSR law for all my house purchases and I have also used him for 1 sale. Great bloke very efficient and professional and also a pro on the golf course (I am told).

Customer Commentary
We were treated respectfully and efficiently. There were two reasons for our requirements. The first (our Wills) is arranged and completed to our satisfaction. The second (First Registration) is ongoing and we accept that could take time. We are pleased to have the matter following the normal, sometimes time consuming process!
