Barbara was extremely prompt with the never ending questions from our buyers solicitors (Merryweather) and she was extremely patient with them. She kept me informed and was able to deal with problems extremely quickly and professionally despite a tight deadline. Due to the government tax break for house buyers in 2021 the company was extremely busy and met the demand by working Saturdays and late evenings (unlike Merryweather solicitors who's secretary was away on holiday for a week and thus nothing got done for a while!!!).
