Property Purchase

Fast, friendly and efficient
We purchased a bungalow and completed inside 2 months from offer to keys.
Kieran, Clarke Green were straight onto it. We popped in with documents, had a friendly greeting at reception and Karen the legal secretary popped straight out to advise us.
The transaction was straight forward but any issues or questions were dealt with straight away.
Jo was on leave during the process but the show went on. We even brought forward the completion date from Friday to Thursday and exchanged and completed within an hour of our request to do this.
We used a town centre competitor last year to sell a property... similar circumstances, took 6 months and the service and friendliness was nothing compared to Kieran, Clarke Green.
Our faith is fully restored!

Professional and prompt service
I cannot fault the service I received from Joanne and Karen as conveyancers. Right from the start the communication was prompt and straightforward. I felt that they were available when I needed and I was spoken to like a valued customer rather than just another person to be moved on as quickly as possible.
