Overall Experience
From start to finish the overall experience was professional and speedy, the cost was competitive and straightforward. I accept that electronic communication is the cheapest and speediest way of contact but it would have been appreciated to have at least one contact with a face to face person dealing with the matter.

Good Service

Efficient and helpful service with complicated conveyance
This was a complicated conveyance with legal issues around it.
Karen was efficient and helpful at every stage which helped reduce my stress and worry to a minimum.
A friend of mine also speaks very highly of her regarding purchase and sale of his rental houses in Darlington.

House sale
Hewitts of Darlington were recommended to us by our estate agent to handle the sale of our property.
Karen Dove was assigned to us from the firm. We had a very quick response to get things under way and a work pack arrived very soon after.
Karen kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale and advised us of any queries that had to be addressed.
The whole process was very smooth which showed the efficiency and knowledge of the Hewitts team.
On conclusion of the sale all monies were transferred very quickly.

House Sale
We decided to sell some of our letting portfolio due to increasing mortgage charges.
I searched on compare conveyancing and Hewitts was one of the most cost effective companies.
The process seemed to take a long time to complete due to the buyers mortgage company, however Hewitts were very good, I rang Karen's secretary Bethany who explained what the hold up was and also answered all my questions.
I would use Hewitts again.
