I needed to sell a close relative's property to meet care home fees.
As I chose the auction option, Suzanne and her team had a very tight 4-5 week deadline to prepare the auction pack.
Not only did they acheive this but somebody was always either available to answer my questions and/or return my calls promptly.. Payment of the proceeds was quick and straightforward, enabling me to be in the position to begin negotiations with Social Services.
Based on my experience, I would unhesitatingly recommend Wooley Bees for any property related legal matters. Competent and friendly to deal with.

Highly recommend the services provided by Woolley, Beardsleys and Bosworth. They have guided us through the difficult time and process of dealing with my late mothers estate with nothing ever being to much trouble. Suzanne and Rhiane have been absolute stars. They have helped us sell two properties and purchase another and have explained what was happening at every stage.They have dealt with awkward sales staff and other solicitors with speed and professionalism and have gone out of their way to complete everything within a short time scale in order to placate a certain house builder. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of legal advice regarding probate or house buying/selling them please give them a ring. 5 stars

We used Suzanne at Woolley, Beardsley & Bosworth (through someone else’s recommendation) for a house sale and they were also involved with the sale of some land. Usually this process can be very frustrating, slow and stressful but Suzanne and her team were absolutely outstanding. They were, quick, very efficient, knowledgeable and responded to emails and phone calls usually within a day and were very reasonably priced. No hidden charges or surprises.
We have used many different solicitors over the years but Suzanne is outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and now would not use anyone else.
