My third time purchasing property and how I wish I'd discovered this law firm sooner!
Jennifer, Lesley and Claire worked on my purchase and I cannot think of a single fault. They were responsive to everything in a timely manner, got the sale through thoroughly and to the date I wanted. It generally felt like they were really working in my best interest (I wasn't just another number).
Being a local law firm was clearly evident, as their knowledge was exceptional.

Excellent service from Lesley
I appointed Lesley recently on the sale of a property in London, having been impressed by her in doing some work for me earlier this year in buying a property in Ascot. In both cases I was impressed by her calm manner, strong communication at all stages of the process, and high levels of responsiveness - all at very reasonable fees!

Sale of Leasehold flat
We have been very satisfied with the handling of two properties: one purchase and one sale. Our email questions have been promptly answered, with helpful advice when we have misunderstood certain legal points. The necessary completion of the several forms involved in the conveyancing process produced queries which were quickly dealt with in an understandable way. We have been well served by Lesley Quinn's professional manner and hope that our final sale will soon receive a successful conclusion.

Clear, concise and very professional
We worked with Lesley Quinn on a sale of our house and purchase of a new house. The transactions took place independently and so there was a lot going on at certain times. Throughout, Lesley and her team were constantly on the ball and in a did a great job of keeping things on track. She was professional, very easy to work with, at the times when you need to talk through things she made herself available and was a good sounding board. A job well done, thank you.

A difficult house move
My house move proved to be much more difficult than I could have imagined.
Throughout Lesley Quinn was very professional, calm and a constant help. She was also always available to answer any queries I might have.
She also made it possible for my son to be kept up to date with any transactions.
