I would highly recommend Major Law. Having read an extremely useful article on their website I was guided through an excellent and easy to use online system which gathered details of my issue. I was then put in touch with the author of the article Lewis Hulatt. Lewis provided me with some excellent advice and was always friendly and accessible.

Excellent
Helen Charlton is a wonderful ambassador for the company - calm, professional, helpful and she does exactly what she says she will do, when she has promised to do it. Lewis Hulatt is also excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, easy to communicate with and thoroughly professional.

Very few words can describe the service I recieved from Lewis vi's Major Family Law Limited.
Mr Hulatt has been nothing but exceptional in dealing with my case which is quite complex due to a dependent with life long needs.
Very few lawyers have the knowledge or skills to deal sensitively in order to get a desired outcome

The best and worse case scenario were explained from the get go his manner put me at ease. I had no no doubt that he would assist me with my case and he did .
Calm ,well rehearsed ,patient ,positive at all times and well learned.
Qualities that were needed in dealing with this complex case were all delivered .
Excellent suggestions of like minded professionals were recommended
There were times I found it difficult to understand reasons to why certain things had to be done the way they were .
Lewis made me realise that these were necessary to achieve a fair outcome my case went on for well over 2 years due to non engagement of the other party covid had an impact as well.everything was done online and on phone distance was not an issue.
Never once was I not communicated with I was always aware of what the next steps were .my voice was heard my views were considered

Impressed with the way he understands the wider picture
I have known Lewis Hulatt in a professional capacity for some years and I have been impressed with the way he understands the wider picture and our needs as a family. I found him sensitive to what would help me achieve our long-term goals and he was approachable whenever I needed a calm and independent opinion. He showed himself to be flexible and I never felt pressured to use a legal sledge-hammer to crack a nut of a problem.

Positive attitude and practical approach
I have worked as a family mediator in Surrey for a number of years. It really helps the mediation process where the solicitors giving the clients advice understand how the mediation process works, and work to help the clients achieve a resolution in mediation. I have found Lewis Hulatt really understands the mediation process and how best to support it. This gives his clients the best chance of finding a sensible resolution. His positive attitude and practical approach work well with mediation, and that makes him the kind of solicitor that I like to work with.
