This is my third property purchase with Shahn. Extremely professional and spot on keeps you updated throughout the entire process, always available to answer calls and emails, and ensures completion is done on time.

Review
Shahn is the best solicitor I have used for a purchase. Also well priced in comparison to other firms who tried to have our eyes out. Also Shahn actually speaks to you over the phone and doesn’t just constantly refer you to an assistant and using the old non sense “im in a meeting excuse or” that other solicitors use.
Shahn’s also got a good responce time which has meant the sale has taken around 2 months. The last time we bought a property it took 6 months so much better this time around.
Shahn is certainly someone who deserves a large bonus or payrise. The property industry doesn’t have many people like Shahn in it.

Property Sale
Shahn did the legal work around the sale of a property for us which completed in February. Conveyancing work
