Trying to contact this firm is like trying to contact the dead!
After trying to contact this firm numerous times no one ever bothers to answer the phone! No one even bothers to answer their sales line I don't know how they can function!
I was assigned Michael McNally as my account handler for purchasing a property. I've never managed to speak to him, he has an assistant called Daniealla who is just as impossible to deal with.
I've sent numerous e-mails over the last 3 weeks the last response I had was 24/07 and previous to that after the same vigorous contact was 09/07.
I was promised an excellent service, this is far from it, I would avoid the entire firm. If I hadn't already started the process I wish I would have went elsewhere.
I'm a first time buyer, buying and empty property. The property was accepted in the middle of April and we are now edging ever closer to September and worse yet I have no idea where the house sale is as no one is contactable, this part is the most frustrating and I can see other feedback on here with exactly the same reason.
I have requested that their manager contact me in my last response today advising I wish to raise a complaint. I very much doubt I will get any response. I hope these kind of firms are regulated and that I will be able to have my complaint dealt with by a 3rd party professional. I will be able to provide me email contact and call log.

Sadly my experience was not great, instructed the firm and Michael Mcnally was looking after me, having left messages and emails and not one returned after approx 6 weeks from Michael, whilst his assistant emailed back at the start not once from Michael, felt I had to find a new firm that were more proactive

House Purchase
Michael and Bronwyn were very helpful, professional and understanding.
I was worried about the house sale process never have completed this on my own and many years ago.
However they made things very simple and easy and were very prompt to complete things with Michael keeping me up to date at all times and proceeding with things as soon as possible.
