Our solicitor, Tim Nock, did not so much as give us a courtesy call to introduce himself and discuss the process and was impossible to get on the phone whenever I called. He was even too busy and important to return our calls making us feel like we weren't worth his time despite being paying clients. To add insult to injury, he slapped on an extra fee of £250 on the day of completion for having to send a couple of extra emails trying to solve a problem in a fashion he saw fit and not in the way we had instructed.
This firm should be avoided at all costs if you do not wish to add further stress and upset to your already stressful property selling process.

I worked with this firm for a recent house purchase and was utterly appalled by their service, or lack thereof. Tim Nock was my solicitor and he made errors in his work, was impersonal and delayed my purchase. The firm gave me minimal compensation for his errors and were extremely defensive of their services, despite my complaints.
