Jeremy is a Director of the firm and a Chartered Legal Executive. He qualified as a Legal Executive in 1996 and has practiced in High Wycombe and Princes Risborough, gaining a wealth of experience in residential property transactions and Wills & Probate matters. Jeremy lives in the area and is well known to local clients and professional contacts meaning clients return to him time and time again having built a relationship with him over the years. Key experience Jeremy deals with all aspects of residential property transactions including high value, newbuilds, investment properties, unregistered land, transfers of equity and remortgages. In addition to standard property transactions, Jeremy has experience including:- Land sales and purchases Easements – granting and extinguishing Lease extensions. Auction sale and purchases Transfers of part Grants of residential leases Jeremy also deals with some areas of Private Client work including: Wills and Estate Planning – Jeremy takes instructions for both wills and codicils Powers of Attorney (LPAs) – Jeremy assists in all services relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for both Property & Financial and Health & Welfare Probate and estate administration – he has knowledge of all aspects of the estate administration process advising on both taxable and non-taxable estates, completing and submitting inheritance tax accounts, preparing estate accounts and obtaining the Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration on intestacy.
