From start to finish, this firm was brilliant. Gemma was kind, considerate and overall wonderfully supportive during a very challenging time. My experiences were given time and patience whilst coming up with a plan. While it was still very stressful, with Gemma’s help, I found the process very healing. Every step of the way, the information is laid out clearly and concisely, if there is something that needed further explanation, Gemma was there to guide me through it. Overall my experience WGA was excellent, after a bad experience with a local law firm I was apprehensive about engaging with another, thankfully this was not the case with WGA 10/10

Gemma was extremely professional and helpful when helping me with my a settlement agreement with my former employer. She was able to complete all the work within the very tight timescales, and was a joy to deal with. She took time to run through all the clauses of the contract with me ensuring that I understood all my obligations and those of my former employer.
She was able to quickly and effectively negotiate some changes with my employers legal team, and ensure that everything was complete and signed before the very right deadline. I’d definitely use Gemma again for any employment related matter and WGA for any legal issues I may have in the future.
