No headaches, no stress no delays , Elle Box who was acting on my behalf was absolutely fantastic , luckily i had the opportunity to go into the office quite a few times as i live very close to their Shepton Mallet office i met with a couple of other staff who were absolutely brilliant , always welcoming, extremely friendly and “I’m here to help you” attitude which is exactly what we all need as we all know that buying or selling a house can be very stressful but because of the fantastic Elle Box and the rest of the team i felt no stress whatsoever.

Brilliant support for first time buyers
We've had a really great experience with Lyons Bowe so far. As first time buyers are were quite nervous and we ended up coming to Lyons Bowe as we've known 3 or 4 other buyers (some first time, some 2nd or 3rd homes) and they've all had a resounding positive experience with LB. Tessa Smith helped us with our initial enquiry and getting going, as well as giving some great advice on wills; she was super friendly and really approachable and gave good information on an initial phone call. We also dealt with Elle Box and Holly Caswell in the New Instructions team and they've been honestly brilliant. Communication at LB is super strong and we have moved really fast and been kept in the loop with absolutely everything. They're great at holding other solicitors and the estate agent accountable for every step and are great at comms and nudging the other parties to get our paperwork done. We really felt like every tiny query we had was answered and Elle and Holly never made us feel like anything was a silly question. They were also super responsive as well which has been fantastic! We've now had a handover from Rachel Harper to Katarina Donovan in the Legal Team and we're sure that the great service is going to continue. Thank you so much to everyone at Lyons Bowe - really great experience and looking forward to crossing the finish line to our first home with you all!

Fantastic Solicitors!

Efficient and helpful
We have not yet exchanged or completed on our house purchase, but so far we have found the team at Lyons Bowe to be very efficient and responsive to queries. Elle has been proactive and helpful to keep our case moving. The app seems to work well. I would recommend them.

Professional communicative and friendly.

Excellent service and super friendly!
Last year, I sold a flat in Bath and Lyons Bowe provided all legal including conveyancing support. I'm about to sell two additional properties in Bath and I have returned to Lyons Bowe as a result of their excellent service and support. My work has been through the Frome Office, where Elle Box and her team are super friendly and really efficient. I highly recommend!
