Legal Advisor

Grace works within the firm’s Company and Commercial team led by Rebecca Stopford, to provide tailored legal support to businesses. She assists clients with a variety of corporate matters, including shareholders’ agreements, company secretary tasks and transactional support. Grace’s areas of focus in the commercial arena include assisting with the drafting and review of contracts, and terms of business and supporting senior colleagues on more complex legal projects. Grace has a keen interest in helping start-ups and small businesses navigate the legal aspects of growth and innovation. A graduate of Newcastle University, Grace earned her LLB Hons Law degree before pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) in English literature. This diverse academic background equips her with unique perspectives and creative problem-solving skills, enabling her to contribute effectively to the team.
