Emily joined our Bromsgrove office in 2012 and has since completed her training contract qualifying into the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. As well as administering estates and preparing Wills, Emily also specialises in the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney in both Property and Finances and matters concerning an individual’s Health and Welfare. In addition, Emily is a “Dementia Friend” which assists her in carrying out Court of Protection work in relation to Deputyship Orders which are often for the benefit of vulnerable people and their loved ones. Emily qualified as a solicitor in January 2016 and in April 2022 Emily was promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor.
