Having taken the decision that we needed to update our wills we were recommended to get in touch with Gail Hall at Warners. Gail was very patient as we explored issues important to us and our family and made some very useful suggestions in finalising the paperwork and also our lasting powers of attorney. we now have a an annual review process with Gail to consider any changes in circumstances etc.

Exemplary 'urgent' Will service
My husband, having been diagnosed with a rapid moving terminal cancer, wanted to make a new Will but due to an adverse reaction to his treatment, was admitted to hospital, then to a care home for rehab. We contacted Warners who were already acting for my husband on another matter, and were introduced to Gail Hall, who came to the care home to meet and speak with him and draw up a draft Will. She was excellent at ensuring my husband knew exactly what he wanted and made the whole process very easy for him. Once he was home, she visited us there with the final document for approval and signature. Throughout the whole process she kept us informed and was both efficient and delightful. She was excellent at steering my husband and me through some emotional conversations at a difficult time. The whole process was conducted with compassion and gentle humour. We are both very grateful to have received Gail's expertise.

Estate of John Curtis Deceased
We have always trusted Warner's to manage our families affairs and were happy to Instruct them prior to Dads passing. Gail has managed our affairs with compassion and professionalism and is not afraid to say what has to be said to keep a balanced view of the situation. Having a decent lawyer was paramount for me and Gail provided that level of expertise. We also had the services of Will Norton who I understand has now left the firm; he too was able to provide a high level of professionalism and service for us.

Our whole experience on the creation of our Wills was very good. Thinking about Wills is difficult and sometimes complicated so having Gail to see us through this process was very comforting. Gail is very friendly and professional and we would certainly recommend her and the firm to anyone.
