Selected David Barney & Co for our house move, Mark and Beverly worked across our sale and purchase, they were excellent at communicating and keeping us up to date, ours buyers solicitors were challenging and uncommunicative and Beverly particularly was relentless in pushing them to get to our exchange deadlines. Mark was also very helpful facing into our developers to reduce the pressure on their timelines and deadlines. Challenging chain and both of them helped it to move and quickly and easily as possible

Great service, would recommend
The team were great at helping us through the whole house buying experience. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions which they were were very helpful with. Process was quick and they accommodated us pushing back completion date which was great. Would recommend!

Professional, efficient, friendly
Mark and his team were fantastic. They successfully helped me complete my leasehold purchase in under 10 weeks, just in time to avoid the change in stamp duty, saving me a significant amount of money. Throughout the process they were professional, approachable, and always proactive. They were readily available for updates and always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend their services - thank you to Mark, Beverly, Sam, Stevie-Jean, Sian and the rest of the team!
