Absolutely amazing company!
I've had Mark Feeley and his team and I couldn't be happier, they have helped me buy my home with me and they made it super easy and understanding.
I was buying on my own with very little support by my side from family but this company has made the process very easy to follow.
I honestly couldn't be happier
I highly reccomend them !

My partner and I purchased our first property and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into! Mark Feely and his entire team made everything so simple easy to follow. Each stage of the purchase was clearly documented and explained which really put our mind at ease.
They would regularly call us with updates, clear emails with instructions for us and always answer the phone within seconds whenever we had questions.
We had some issues from the sellers and Mark resolved the issue within a day or two. They really made us feel like a priority especially when we wanted a quick exchange. I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about the firm.
They made something that can be quite stressful so straightforward.

Outstanding!

House purchase
From the initial quote the team were very friendly.
They completed my house purchase in just under 3 months. I was very pleased.
I would say they were slow at responding to emails and during the process I didn’t get one update from them only when I contacted them but once we were getting to exchange and completion they kept in touch.
I would recommend the team for a house purchase

Standard Experience
I think it’s really sad that the personal touch has gone from conveyancing especially as it’s such a huge investment. Standard service you would expect, nothing amazing

Bungalow purchase
Mark Feely and his team were quite simply, the best! Every step of the way, everyone was helpful, phonecalls were answered promptly, as were emails. Advice and support were readily available. I particularly appreciated the very honest and down-to-earth approach of Mark Feely. We had a number of phonecalls when the vendors became rather unpleasant. Mark was extremely reassuring and the moral support (and advice!) he gave, encouraged me to go through with the purchase. I have never had such a positive experience with a firm of solicitors before. I thoroughly recommend them.

House purchase
Mark and Beverley were extremely proactive and diligent throughout the whole process .

Nice and easy process
I instructed mark and his team on 20th May. I was given a full quote at the start so knew exactly what I would be paying at the end.
They were very professional and kept in contact.
Everything when smoothly and I competed on my new house on 1st August.
I definitely recommend them for a house purchase

Outstanding conveyancing services
I have completed house move into a new build having sold my previous property though a chain sale. Mark Feely and Lauren managed my purchase and sale processes, and it was a remarkable outcome for me to align the builders demands on exchange and completion dates of sale along side managing the chain proceedings with buyers failing or pulling out of sale. We are now happy moving into our dream home and appreciate the outstanding professional work demonstrated by the team throughout the move.

Great service
Due to unforseen circumstances we ended up going through the buying a house process for over a year. Mark and his team helped us through this process, guiding us and advising us in the most professional way. I would highly recommend him.
