Friendly and efficient
Rachel was friendly, approachable and efficient throughout the process of supporting us to create our wills. She explained things clearly with welcome humour. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

Solicitors you can count on - Lasting Powers of Attorney
Rachel helped me get my affairs in order, and I would definitely recommend her. I knew she was not pressuring me to do/make any decisions in a hurry, which gave me time to chat with my children and think about my decisions.
They were very responsive to any emails I sent to them about the documents. I never felt silly or disregarded because of legal jargon, etc. They explained things very well.

Alteration to my Will
I am 105 years old and almost completely blind, so going to the solicitors office was going to be difficult, but Rachel and her assistant came to my house, read my revised Will to me and supervised my signature making the whole process completely hassle-free.

Arranging our wills
We were very impressed with the Will service provided by GoodLaw Solicitors through Rachel Jones. We found her to be very professional; at the initial meeting, she was straight to the point, fully understood our requirements, and answered our various questions. The Wills were emailed to us for our perusal prior to a further meeting, during which the Wills were signed and witnessed. Having the Wills held by GoodLaw Solicitors free of charge is a great service, giving us peace of mind that they are kept safe. Arranging the meetings was very easy through Ayshea Hales, who made this part of the process straightforward.
