My son and I recently instructed Philip Luke to act on our behalf to purchase a 4 bed HMO. Phil, ably assisted by his team (in particular his trainee, Amelia Smith) worked incredibly hard to work towards completion last week. At the start, they explained how it would work and what fees would apply. Their fees were very reasonable and there were no surprises or unexpected costs. I had many questions and Phil or Amelia would respond within a few hours at most and their advice was clear and precise. They reassured us when we worried about something and were always at the end of the phone. They are extraordinarily efficient, professional and made a very complicated purchase stress-free for us. We would highly recommend Talbots Law to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and have already instructed Phil to act for us in another matter this month.

I was recommended this solicitor by the estate agent as they deal with high-rise flats and I can say they are by far the best solicitor I've ever used.and they have been fantastic (And I've used a few). Philip and Amelia were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and always got back to me within a few hour be email or at least by the end of the day if I had any question or needed advice. I've always felt they had my best intrest at heart and if I was to buy another property i would definitely use them again. I would like to thank them for all their help and sorting everything out and getting everything in order. Kind regards Dave
