Straw and Peirce A+ service and Communication!
We didn’t have an easy ride with our house sale. Which highlights even more the value of a quality, reliable and professional solicitor. Emma Sharp was all of the above and more. When speaking to the rest of the chain they hardly had spoken to their solicitor and struggled to get hold of them when they did need an update. Emma Sharp gave regular updates, fought out corner and was always on the end of the phone when y Lou needed her. If you’re moving house use Staw and Peirce/ Emma Sharp with confidence!

Diligent and efficient
This is the third time we have worked with Emma Sharp on a house move, and each time she has been superb. She delves deeper than other solicitors, which has saved us money on indemnity insurance amongst others things. Always works quickly and efficiently, and is a thoroughly nice person!

Buying our first home
Emma was a trusted and reassuring voice in our house buying process. We were told by our friends and family to always pester and nag because solicitors take so long etc. however this wasn’t the case for Emma. She was in the ball and we could count on her to deliver when we needed to. Her professionalism and experience really shone through this process and it made our lives easy. She was also really friendly, approachable and was always happy to help despite the numerous annoying phone calls from us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic work
This is the second time I've used Straw and Pearce for a house sale / purchase and both times they have been fantastic.

House sale and purchase
Emma Sharp handled both my house sale and onward purchase. Initial checks and information were gathered by electronic portals which was really convenient and easy to use. Emma has been fantastic throughout the process, she responds to calls and emails in a timely manner aswell as highlighting important legal obligations regarding both sale and purchase. Emma has been a true professional throughout some challenging situations with the chain. I would highly recommend Emma for your house sale or purchase. The job of your conveyancer is hugely important, choose well as it could make or break your dream home.

The sale was dealt with efficiently and professionally. We were kept informed at all stages. The purchase advise was informative and we decided not to go ahead with the purchase. We have now put a deposit down on another home which Emma will be looking at.

Efficient conveyancing for two of out properties
