Completed in under 6 weeks from the date we accepted the buyer’s offer tells you everything! The most amazing amount of hard work is clearly going on between emails and phone calls to ensure this otherwise stressful process went smoothly for us - and suddenly - we were there! Fabulous
We had a lovely stress free experience buying our property with the help of Kirsty, who was very professional and quick to reply to any queries we had regarding the sale. Kirsty wanted to make sure that the property was a good investment for us before proceeding as there were a few red flags initially but this was all addressed very efficiently and we were able to complete within 3 months of our offer being accepted. We appreciate all the hard work everyone involved put in to make this transaction as smooth as possible. We are now settling into our perfect home and in good knowledge that we will have no issues with the property if we decide to sell in future! Thanks again all.
