Employer grievance
Amanda helped me win a successful constructive dismissal case against my Employer.
She was quick to act on my behalf, diligent and her aim was to get the best outcome for me that she could and negotiated hard for me.
I came away feeling supported and got a settlement.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful
After being offered a settlement to leave my position I was directed to Amanda by our HR department. She got back to me within a couple of hours and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained that the offer made was not completely compliant with the inland revenue and copied me in on letters sent to my employer. After some re-adjustments to the terms of settlement I accepted and Amanda acted on my behalf with the appropriate paperwork.
I would definitely recommend the company to anyone in the same position.

Super efficient and knowledgeable
Amanda provided very clear advice, was supportive and showed great empathy for my circumstances. She was professional at all times, I felt fully informed throughout and no decisions were made without my input. Amanda helped to make a stressful situation run as smoothly as possible whilst achieving the best possible outcome which was very much appreciated.
Highly recommended and I would definitely not hesitate to use Pillinger & Associates again.

Employment Matter - Redundancy Process

Employment advice
As a senior leader in an organisation, I was in a difficult position which I personally believed challenged my integrity and made my position untenable. Amanda Pillinger was recommended by a former colleague. All dealings I had with Amanda were excellent, professional and challenging
with transparent and open comms and no judgement at any time! Amanda ensured I achieved the outcome I wanted. Fees were more than reasonable too, which is always more than welcome!
