Super organised, responsive and pragmatic !
I have just used Surrey Property Lawyers for both the sale and purchase of my home. Not only were Surrey Property Lawyers great value for money, giving me a very competitive quote for the instruction, the service I had throughout the process was been outstanding. First Class Service
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Amanda at Surrey Property Lawyers. Excellent solicitors. They are prompt, attentive and efficient.
Amanda has been an outstanding conveyancing solicitor. Since I employed the services of Surrey Property Lawyers, Amanda has efficiently dealt with the matters as they arose. Amanda is always really prompt, attentive and efficient. She has been on top of matters. Though I had the challenge of a buyer pulling out of the sale (lack of funds), Amanda helped to answer most of the buyer's solicitor's questions and bring matters forward with the final buyers which allowed the sale to complete.

A brilliant service
We have chosen to work with Amanda on 3 occasions now and she continues to be a real pleasure to work with. We really appreciate how efficient and timely she is- not once have we had to chase for an update. Excellent Service
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Amanda and the team at Surrey Property Lawyers. Having had a very negative experience with a different conveyancer on a purchase which fell through, it was a real breath of fresh air! As a first time buyer, Amanda took time to explain clearly every step of the process, and was always available and very responsive to queries. My purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend SPL for conveyancing services.

Purchase - First time buyer
I worked with Amanda for conveyancing for the purchase of my home. I am a first time buyer and this was my first time going through this whole process. Amanda has been fantastic throughout this. She was very clear throughout, efficient and timely in her responses, was always approachable to any queries I had. Their app was also excellent with clear milestones and timelines listed.
Overall, it was first class service and I'd definitely be recommending Amanda and Surrey Property Lawyers!

Moving to Fleeti
