Very professional lady and knows all her stuff she gave me great confidence that she knew what she was talking about and was very clear in the possible outcomes of the case. She went through everything quite quickly in great detail and did not beat around the bush. She communicated great with me as I have not been through this kind of thing before and she gives me confidence that if I needed a solicitor again I would definitely use her and I am going to recommend her to family members if anything was to happen and they needed a solicitor. I would like to thank her for keeping me informed and she made me relaxed and less anxious than I was feeling before we met. I am very happy with the outcome I did not expect to get the result I got. she aided in getting my character profile across to the judges so I am very happy. Thanks

Saved from an unbelievable situation
False accusations that landed me in a cell but Zara was as on hand to save me and get charges dropped. Amazing at what she does. Credit to ZMS

Clear Communication and Excellent Results

Professional advice and support
Zara was on hand to provide advice and support at a time I needed. She explained everything to me and ensured I was OK throughout. The service was professional and her experience really was obvious. Hopefully won’t be in another situation where I need a solicitor but would use Zara again if the situation arose.

When I was introduced to Mrs Cowan as my solicitor i was so happy because I have heard how amazing she is at her job. She likes a knight in shining armour the way she helps me and give the most accurate advice she can give. So if anyone needs help I suggest u call the firm and ask for Mrs cowan

Review for Zara and co.
Through out my case Zara and the people from ZMS were always there whether it was an enquiry over the phone or email or in court. They were really helpful and due to the case I was really stressed and anxious Zara and the other colleagues from ZMS made me relax and were always there for me to make sure I don't stress a lot. I really thank them for everything they've done for me. People judge you without knowing the full story but Zara was always understanding and made me feel better and stress free
