Got straight into the ins and outs of the case, the meat and potatoes as it were. Inspired confidence in the myriad outcomes and gave clear steps to follow for the best possible result. Gavin doesn't sugarcoat or mince his words and is evidently highly versed in all aspects of Family law. I was put at ease at once and even managed a smile and a laugh in spite of the gravity of my situation. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted, but also with realistic expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any of your legal matters. I will most certainly be seeking their services in any future court dealings.
Ellie was very professional and her communication skills and friendly demeanor were refreshing and put me at ease right away.
Stunning building with very comfortable seating and the personal touches and artwork in each office let you know you are dealing with real people who deliver professional and concise information in a way that is often absent in other Law firms. Initially I was apprehensive about seeking such top rated legal counsel but I needn't have been, the whole experience was positive and my outlook is certainly brighter. Very Friendly, Straight to the point, realistic expectations.
I found everything about the meeting to exceed my expectations and provide a lot of ease of mind of my situation. Extremely professional, knowledgable and cut straight to the matter at hand without wasting any time, we overshot the full hour so I feel the price was more than fair. The building itself is very attractive with comfortable, relaxed seating, I was put at ease the moment I walked in and more so afterwards, Gavin comes across as exceptionally knowledgeable in his multiple disciplines of law but delivers his information succintly with a relaxed demeanor that inspires nothing but confidence. I would highly recommend this company and fullyexpect that the rest of the team are similarly competent. I dealt with Ellie pre and post meet and her communication was on point. One thing I will say is that I'd advise taking along a notebook if you are a bit stressed due to impending charges etc and your thoughts are racing as it can be a little overwhelming to remember everything at once, although I was provided with a meeting summary, via email which was very helpful.
I was offered refreshments once we'd gotten the ID out of the way, The receptionists were equally as courteous and professional.
