Excellent Service
We had used Kingsfords previously for other issues but not for conveyancing. We engaged Kingsfords to deal with the sale of a second property, which through no fault of ours or Kingsfords, turned out to be a long process with our first buyers pulling out midway through proceedings. The service that we received throughout the whole process was excellent and very professional. Donna and her colleagues in the conveyancing team were always contactable, responded quickly to emails and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally to get the sale completed. We would recommend Kingsfords.

Experience when selling my house
Selling my house would have been a nightmare, if it wasn’t for Donna Trewerne at Kingsfords Solicitors. Things like right of way through my garden and house, dealing with a solicitors, who I had used for 40 years, who held a trust, which my late husband set up for my children, decided they no longer wanted to deal with it. Donna was amazing, took it all on to sort out for us, and helping transfer the Trust over to someone new. Without her, well, I think, I would have had a nervous breakdown, and I’m being serious. All of Kingsfords personnel are so friendly, professional and go over and above what they need to. I will continue using them for everything, when I need a solicitor.

Buying and selling property
I wanted to say thank you for all of Donna Trewerne and Kingsfords solicitors help, work and support with the matter of selling and buying a new property. Donna was very easy to contact and made the process very smooth. I really appreciated Donna’s support once I had moved in to my new property as the property was full of the past owners possessions. Thank you for your time and efforts helping me with this matter and I think your interjection helped with clearing the house so quickly.
