Lynsey graduated from Dundee University in 2004 and after completing the Diploma in Legal Practice, Lynsey undertook her training with Andrew K. Price in Kirkcaldy. As a Qualified Solicitor, she worked with Baird & Company in Glenrothes and Cupar before moving to Murray Donald LLP (now merged with Thorntons Law LLP) in St Andrews and Anstruther where she held the role of Senior Solicitor in the Private Client Team, dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, Executries and Trusts. Lynsey joined Morgans in November 2015 as an Associate Solicitor. Lynsey was assumed as Partner in April 2019 and deals with all aspects of Private Client work.

My husband and I recently used Morgan’s following a bereavement. We were looked after brilliantly by Lindsey Rintoul for the executory and Claire Morgan and Kirsten Philp for the conveyancing. No matter how small, nothing was too much trouble, they helped us through a very distressing time and we cannot thank them enough.
