Great overall service

Excellent Conveyancing
Both Claire and Kelly were excellent and ensured that our house sale went smoothly.
For various reasons, this was a complex sale. Kelly Bradley worked tirelessly to get things done and kept us informed at every stage.

Fabulous
The help and support from Alletsons in managing recent probate issues has been invaluable.
Always a prompt response and when critical, the vital intervention needed to move the situation appropriately.
There is a recognition of the cost of legal services and staff encouraged guided self action when it was possible.
Always my go to place for my legal services for both probate and conveyancing services.

No hesitation in using again
Having used Alletsons before, I knew their staff were hard-working and very thorough but Clare and Kelly really came up trumps in the week leading up to the completion date on my purchase and my sale. My purchasers suddenly decided they were ready to proceed and provided Clare and Kelly with only two or three days' notice. The pair pulled out all the stops and Kelly even broke her holiday to ensure everything went smoothly on the Friday completion date.

House Sale
Both Clare and Kelly were kind, calm, efficient and professional during my house sale which was by no means straightforward. There were many hold ups and complications but they were always responsive and positive and worked efficiently to get the sale through with very tight deadlines. I would highly recommend them.
