Great service, would highly recommend
Jody and the team at Atkins Dellow were fantastic from beginning to end. Very efficient, great communication, actioned everything quickly and professionally, and were empathetic when needed. House Purchase - Jody Williams
The service received from Atkins Dellow, and Jody in particular has been exceptional throughout our house purchase. The communication with Jody was excellent, our questions were answered quickly and gave us all the information we needed. It was evident that Jody was proactively working on our behalf to ensure the house purchase went through as smoothly as possible.
There were a number of stall points (created by the seller's solicitor) which Jody dealt with professionally and quickly to enable us to complete within our proposed timelines. The key highlight of Jody's expertise was her identification of a lack of Building Regulation sign off for a garage conversion at our property. Without her due diligence we would not have identified this issue which could have affected us in the future both in terms of cost and future sale.
Jody advised us on the appropriate course of action and ensured our purchase was not completed until the necessary Regulation sign off was in place.
I would not hesitate to recommend Atkins Dellow and Jody to anyone seeking advice on which Solicitor firm to choose for your house purchase. Fairly priced, excellent communication, swift issue resolution, expert advice and able to complete within preferred timelines.
Everything you want from a Solicitor when purchasing a property.

Excellent Service
Dealt mainly with Jody and also Rebecca selling a property, that I was executor for, and they were very helpful and efficient. I met Jody, on a couple of occasions, and she helped to make the process extremely easy at a difficult time. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service
Jody and the team at Atkins Dellow who handled the sale of my leasehold property worked extremely hard to get the sale done, the process proved extremely difficult as the freeholder had changed causing much delay and frustration, without the constant chasing and determination from the team I’m am convinced the sale would have fallen through . They kept we and the buyers solicitors well informed at all times .
