After being told by firm of solicitors dealing with the sale of my property they were unable to deal the complex matter that they had uncovered I instructed Aquabridge to assist. From the moment I explained my situation they took control and reassured me of all the issues and that these could, and most importantly, would be dealt with.
I was kept up to date at every crucial stage and they corresponded quickly and efficiently with the other solicitors, including my buyer's solicitor.
