Can highly recommend Scullion Law after facing some driving charges these guys took my case on and and came thru with a great result clearing me off all charges. Myself and my family cant thank Anna enough for her advice, help and assistance during a very stressful time for our family. Unfortunately our Son was subject to an assault and found himself in a very vulnerable situation. From the outset Anna and her team were very receptive to our needs as a family and could not have been more empathetic and professional during that time. Common Assault Charge
Unfortunately I was caught up in a situation which I was charged with 2 x common assaults. This is very out of character for myself and was extremely concerned about the outcome of a court case based on the CCTV footage. I was recommended to contact Scullion Law and in particular Anna MacKay to represent me in this case. From the absolute get go Anna took control and reassured me that she would deal with everything and get all the information ready in preparation for the case. This was a very drawn out case that took 20 months to come to court. Anna kept in touch with myself and if Anna was not available then her office did. I felt completely reassured through out the process. Anna and myself watched the CCTV and I was fully aware of what the outcome could be. In the end although a guilty plea Anna presented my case so the PF and a fine was imposed which for myself was the best outcome. I really could not recommend Anna highly enough for her professionalism and support throughout this full process. Thank you Anna

I can’t thank Anna Mackay enough for the outstanding support she gave me throughout my case. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly professional. Even though the outcome wasn’t what I’d hoped for, Anna stood by me every step of the way with genuine compassion and belief in me as a person, all while fighting for me to the very end.

Amazing!
Having never been in trouble before and not really knowing what to do, I was delighted that I chose Anna to fight my case. From the outset Anna explains everything perfectly and she keeps you well informed about all matters relating to your case. Anna and her team are exceptional
Due to unfortunate circumstances and false accusations, we had to look for a lawyer - and we wanted to make sure we were working with the very best. My experience with Scullion Law
Anna MacKay dealt with my case leading up to the trial date and she handled all matters with great care and responsibility. She was excellent in keeping my mind at peace on the work that was happening behind the scenes. Due to a sudden change in circumstances Anna could no longer attend my trial date and asked man of the hour Darren Fleming to step in. My man Darren walked into court on the day of trial and had my 4 charges and the case binned before lunch time. I thought i would be defending myself in front of a jury by lunch time that day instead, i was having lunch in town and a pint to celebrate.
If i was to be convicted for even 1 of the 4 charges i had been accused of my life would have been put on hold for the worse for the foreseeable future.
I thank Anna MacKay, Darren Fleming and Scullion Law’s team for the amazing life changing service they provide.

I cannot recommend Anna highly enough.
