Originally from East London, Ella moved to Suffolk and joined the firm as a graduate, drawn to the opportunity to start her legal career at a modern, people-focused firm. She works across all of our offices and thrives on the variety and pace of her role. Before starting university, Ella took a gap year to work as a junior administrator at a London law firm. Having grown up in a diverse community, she brings a strong understanding of different cultural backgrounds and work-life challenges—particularly useful when working with clients based in London. Outside of her legal career, Ella previously volunteered in her family’s dog training business, specialising in early puppy training and behavioural work with more challenging dogs. This experience instilled patience and resilience, both of which serve her well in her legal training and studies. When not working or studying, Ella enjoys travelling and spending time with her three dogs: two Belgian Malinois and a Whippet.
