Outstanding Service
My wife and I decided after 20 years to sell up l, 20 years our experience was horrendous buying our property so we were very anxious not to go through that again. We went to Slater Hogg & Howieson in Livingston to sell and purchase our property. Lisa put us on to WS Bruce in Broxburn.
The service we received was outstanding as it exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Denise Logan who is amazing in everything she did for us we couldn’t ask for anything more and Omar Mohammed is calm and precise and took the anxiety out of buying and selling.

Excellent service
The service provided by W&AS BRUCE during the sale of my Mother's home and the subsequent purchase of another property was nothing sort of excellent. I would especially like to thank Omar and Denise who were excellent throughout process. As a family we will certainly be using W&AS BRUCE moving forward.

Excellent service when selling a flat

First Time Buyer Experience

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Omar Mohammed and his secretary, Denise, made everything so easy and straightforward. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and they were always there to guide me through the process. Being a first time buyer is a nerve wracking experience but I was reassured and guided through the whole process. I truly appreciate all their help and support—I couldn’t thank them enough!
