Outstanding personal service
We were looking for a solicitor to work with us on the sale of a property. Having previously had poor experiences with conveyancing solicitors, we wanted someone we could meet in person and who would be willing and able to discuss matters in detail.
Roy at Athi Law came highly recommended and we have been delighted with his service. His depth of knowledge and sensible, pragmatic approach made the sale a much easier and less stressful process than we have endured in the past.

Very good service and local.
We had signed with Taylor & Emmet whiles selling our house but we're getting nowhere, it was getting really frustrating not getting a response to emails or any news. We had no option but to Try a different solicitors, I passed Roy's office while on a walk through Dronfield and thought I would check thier reviews online, the reviews were great so I nipped in the next day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease from the start, we got more information in the 20 mins we were sat with him than we got over 3 weeks with Taylor & Emmet. He was good at keeping us informed and worked very hard to sort out the issues with the lease hold company who only seem to answer thier phones once a month for 30 mins 😞. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would use him again without hesitation 😀 keep up the good work!

Outstanding
OUTSTANDING is the best way to describe the service I received, you were professional reliable , efficient, great communication, genuine care & support . Words can not express how grateful I am for the wonderful service from Roy & Diane . I have sold three properties over the past two years due to bereavement , Roy has gone above and beyond, he is a honest never fails to keep you in the loop .Definitely would recommend . A stressful house move made easier by an excellent solicitor.
What a wonderful solicitor. Roy is a genuinely, kind, caring fantastic solicitor. I had seen recommendations for Roy on Dronfield and District Forum and the service that Roy provides is excellent.communication was excellent as was any advice I was given. I would definitely recommend Roy if you like a more personal caring and efficient approach. I was very impressed. Thank you so much Roy for making a stressful house move so much easier.

Excellent service from start to finish
I used Roy Mason at the Dronfield office for my recent house sale and cant recommend highly enough. The sale itself was not without hiccups as all sales nowadays seem to be but every issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Roy kept me informed throughout and I wouldn't consider using any another firm in the future.

Freehold Purchase
From the moment we spoke with Roy over the telephone and our subsequent meetings, Roy helped us to understand everything regarding our Freehold purchase and we felt very reassured that Roy is very experienced and knowledgeable and that we were in good hands and receiving an excellent, personal and speedy service from him.

Conveyancing service
Roy Mason provided a friendly and professional service. Before I formally appointed solicitors I wanted to resolve a stamp duty query I had. Prior to contacting Roy, I approached a couple of larger local firms. Despite their websites making reference to free 15 minute advice phone calls, neither firm would provide this. Both firms wanted money upfront and were happy to quote for conveyancing work .Roy was the exact opposite. He took my phone call and answered the stamp duty query very quickly. That was good enough for me, I then appointed Athi Law to deal with our conveyances
