I am a Probate Solicitor, dedicated to providing compassionate, clear and professional legal guidance during one of life’s most difficult times. I have dealt with a wide range of probate files, dealing with complex court applications and high value estates. I am committed to making the often challenging process of estate administration as smooth and straightforward as possible, with a strong focus on delivering peace of mind to each client. I completed my Law with Business degree at Portsmouth University, graduating with a 2:1. I then moved to Bristol to study for my Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. In 2019, I began working at Co-op Legal Services and commenced my training contract in 2021. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. I hold a STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates (England & Wales) and a STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Trusts (England & Wales). I am working towards obtaining the full STEP Diploma.

A Most Capable Pair of Hands

5

My solicitor was thoroughly knowledgeable, adept at homing in on just what was needed from me, and inspired confidence and trust from the start. I had asked her to prepare a Deed of Variation for me to sign, and to quote the fee. All took place precisely as she described, as to the documents required, the timing and the eventual fee. She brought a spirit of openness and trust to our meeting in person, and accomplished all stages with assured competence. All preparations behind the scenes had been done, and our meeting was punctual, friendly and efficient. I couldn't wish for more.
