Final staircasing of Shared Ownership property
Kenneth looked after this case for me, navigating the rather disorganised housing association solicitors and the borrower who was not quite sure what to do with some of their own paperwork!
He was very knowledgeable about this area of conveyancing, asking lots of questions and telling me things a previous solicitor (another firm) from the original purchase didn't and probably should have! Things took longer than I thought they would due to the sellers solicitor but he reminded me that once it was all done i would own the house: a good thing to think of when it all just felt like endless delays!
I went to the office in Witney a couple of times to deal with paperwork, definitely a bonus of not having some remote faceless online firm.
Once we were ready to complete i know everything moved as fast as it could have done.

Sale of a property

Efficient conveyancing from Kenneth Skinner.
Kenneth is obviously an experienced solicitor and well versed in explaining the process to his clients. He was efficient and it was generally easy to get to talk to him when advice was required or to check on the progress of the sale of our property. With no chains involved from either party, from accepting the buyers' offer to completion, took just 60 days.

Excellent conveyancing
