Despite various challenges that nearly derailed the process, they consistently worked hard and were communicative the entire time to get us over the finish line.

Seamless service
Absolutely seamless from start to finish in dealing with a house sale. (Thanks Tamara & Alan).
Can’t recommend them enough for their speed, knowledge and professionalism.
The whole experience was stress free and took up very little of my own time.
True to their word on quoted cost which was extremely reasonable. S&B would be my first choice for any further legal work!

Buying and Selling
