Moving is stressful!
I had a very good experience with Frettens it was a bit patchy to start with but I found them easy to get hold of and quick to reply. Sophie was super helpful and very reactive to any questions.
I found them to be empathetic and responsive. I would recommend Frettens.

Outstanding and meticulous service
We recently worked with Frettens in a complex conveyancing case involving foreign-based buyers and two different specialist loan mechanisms. The level of service provided by Ms Petersen was superb; timely, extremely careful, and sensitive guidance through the myriad of issues we confronted. We cannot commend her work more highly

Confidence
Selling and then buying a home is a very stressful experience, particularly in financial terms, and having confidence in the solicitor to take care of all aspects of these transactions is of paramount importance. In Frettens, we had full confidence.

Purchase of Silver Birches, 2 Black Water Drive, Canford Magna

Equity transfer
I cannot speak highly enough about the professional manner that michelle took regarding my dealings with her and her team where I was constantly kept upto date either via voicemail, email or direct telephone conversation regarding the progress of my legal matter. Michelle was very thorough and completed the legal documentation within our agreed timescale.

Michelle Peterson is brilliant.
Michelle was brilliant through the whole process - Conveyancing on the sale of 2 properties at the same time.
Michelle is lovely to deal with. I never pushed her (I wouldn’t ) but I didn’t need to. She kept me up to date with where we were in the process the whole way. She is so efficient and works so your behalf. I am so grateful.
