First time buyers
Everything went smoothly we was just waiting a long time (5 months) when we was first time buyers and the house we was buying had no chain and was empty so it seemed a bit too long to be waiting. The most frustrating thing was we would hear nothing for weeks and when we tried to chase up what was happening we just constantly got told someone will call us back and then it would take days just to receive an email. I understand our solicitor was waiting on another firm so it was no fault of her own but it would have just been nice to be kept up to date with where abouts the sale was up to.
