Just wow moving house is one of the most stressful times and yet Jo made it very stress free for us she is on the ball and her dedication to helping you in your move is second to none I would recommend her to anyone thinking of moving home and would never use anyone else in the past solicitors have dragged their feet meaning the move was drawn out and very stressful but Jo makes it a smooth transaction for sure and I would advise everyone needing a conveyancing solicitor to only use Jo 💯

Conveyancing for a house sale
I have used this firm a couple of times for various family issues that have required a solicitor.
Most recently for the sale of my late mothers house.
The staff are always efficient friendly and professional.
Very happy with this company from start to finish.
Would highly recommend and will use them again if necessary.

House Purchase and Sale
Jo has been dealing with both our house sale and purchase and we cannot be happier with the service. Always quick to respond and gave us some advise to an issue with the purchase. Sale has finalised but just waiting on the purchase to finalise but cannot see the service dropping.

Conveyancing
I was dealt with professionally but with compassion and courtesy. My solicitor acted speedily and competently and continually kept me informed of progress. I was pleased that any anomalies or delays were due to other parties and not my solicitor who was quick to respond to all queries presented to her. I was advised from the start what the fees would be and of any additional circumstantial expenses that occurred for my approval prior to commencement, non of which I considered excessive. Therefore no complaints whatsoever.
