Conveyancing experience
The firm of Lyons Bowe solicitors was recommended to me and I'm going through the process of selling and buying properties with them. So far the process has been almost stress free.

Not the expected situation but thereafter explained
I left a review following my experience with Lyons Bowe expressing displeasure at the service - notably the speed of the process and the difficulty with which to get hold of solictors working at the firm.
I have since had a reply to confirm that our case was completed within an average amount of time.
Further, the managing director of the firm took time to review my case and share his findings with me. Though there were frustrations at finding it hard to get responses from some of the solicitors on our case, the delays had been caused due to our buyer’s solictors.
Having the details explained to me was appreciated, and I can see now that this was not at the fault of Lyons Bowe.
I appreciated the response from Paul Lyons and the time he took to review the case and explain this to me in more detail.

I would never recommend you to anyone
As a first time buyer I would’ve liked more support through this process. I also would’ve expected for the fairly large chunk of money that the members of your team dealing with my account would actually be able to be reached. As a first homebuyer, it also would’ve been nice for things to be explained in English And documents to be written so it was clear and simple to understand, even the breakdown of the fees to yourselves were convoluted and confusing. We used you as a recommendation from our estate agents and I do regret going with yourselves I furthermore will be passing on my feelings to the estate agent and suggesting them not to suggest yourselves to 1st homebuyers.

Transfer of equity
I have recently sold my home and bought a new home through a transfer of equity process with a trust deed document. Rhiannon Cape, Josie Whiting, Jenna Wilding, Nadia Uddin, Alex Smith were all really helpful and quick to respond to all my questions throughout the three processes.
