She is routinely instructed on the more complex and protracted matters at Farani Taylor Solicitors therefore playing an integral part in the firm. Upon completion of the Legal Practice Course and her Masters in Law, Fahmida started her Training Contract at Farani Taylor Solicitors forthwith. Whilst training, Fahmida completed her seats within Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Family and Children Law. Fahmida’s practice covers all areas of Family and Children proceedings. These include: Private Children Law Public Children Law Divorce and Separation Civil Partnerships Financial Settlements and Financial Remedy Domestic Abuse and Injunctions Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements Unmarried Couples (Cohabitation) Fahmida is instructed on the more complex Family and Children proceedings within the firm. These include: Deprivation of Liberty Wardship and Inherit Jurisdiction Maintenance Pending Suit Legal Services Payment Order Section 91(14) Barring Orders Schedule 1 financial provisions Appeals up to the Court of Appeal Adoption Special Guardianship Enforcement High net worth divorces Fahmida has undertaken the relevant training for her Higher Rights of Audience and will be undertaking the necessary assessments to allow her to represent clients as a Solicitor-Advocate in the Senior Civil Courts throughout England and Wales. Fahmida acts for both private and Legal Aid clients.
