Outstanding Legal Support
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.From the very first conversation Andrew, Sara and Holly made me feel supported and reassured, explaining everything clearly and guiding me through each step with patience and expertise. Best in Chester, highly recommend!
I’ve used Mackenzie Jones a couple of times now and both times have been amazing. We’ve had Andrew & Sara represent us and I was more than happy with the service. Excellent service re house sale
My conveyancing experience with Mackenzie Jones was excellent, one I’m happy to recommend. Sara Parry made the process so much easier than anticipated. She was professional, informative and helpful and the input from Andrew and Holly much appreciated. I had superb communication via emails and telephone calls so was kept informed throughout and when I had queries regarding legal terminology on official forms these were answered promptly. I couldn’t have asked for me. Furthermore, their costs were reasonable. I’d definitely use again.

Successful Sale of Optician's Business and Landlord's lease

Optical Practice Sale
My business partner and I sold our business and at the same time became landlords for the new business owner. There was much to do regarding the legal aspects and we were grateful to be kept fully informed thoughout the process.

A great service from Mackenzie Jones Solicitors
The team that dealt with us at Mackenzie Jones (Andrew, Sara and Holly) did a great job to guide us through the sale of our business and property. Andrew always answered emails by return, often very early in the morning(!) and his regular summaries of progress and lists of our action points were second to none in clarity. As we were complete novices in selling a business, Andrew provided us with the information we needed in easy-to-understand terms, and he was always ready to talk us through the issues and provide reassurance when we felt overwhelmed. A truly excellent service from the team; we would definitely recommend them to others.

A brilliant service received throughout the sale of both my properties
My property sale transaction was immaculately carried out from start to finish. There was ALWAYS someone available to answer my queries & pursue problems. Always a friendly & helpful voice … both at front of desk and directly with my solicitor, and often out of normal hours.
