Claire graduated from Strathclyde University in 1996 and after completing the Diploma in Legal Practice, trained with John G Gray & Co, Edinburgh and Thorntons, Dundee. She joined Morgans in 1999 and was assumed as a Partner in 2001. Claire has a degree in Management Science and oversees the running of the firm. Claire has over 30 years’ experience in conveyancing.

House sale

The sale of my house took quite a while due to other parties (chain) not completing.
I put my house back in the market and it sold in 2 days.
Claire, Michaela and Ann had my house completed in a month. Absolutely amazing. Great and reliable Company

Moving home.

From beginning to end both Anne Torley and Claire Morgan were in the ball and made the whole " trauma" of moving house very easy. If you add in Mhairi,one of the front line girls, then you have a formidable team, which really looks after their customers.

Recently sold house with Morgans and have had a truly positive experience throughout the entire process, even with the challenges of lockdown! Sarah, Adam, Alex, Kirsten and Claire were knowledgable, professional, helpful and friendly as was everyone we spoke to in the office. Hopefully we’ve found our forever home but if not we’d definitely have no hesitation in using them again.

My partner and I used Morgans to carry out the legal work when buying our first home together. As first time buyers we were very anxious but the conveyancing team were very helpful and kept our minds at ease to which we were very grateful. I would highly recommend Morgans.

My husband and I recently used Morgan’s following a bereavement. We were looked after brilliantly by Lindsey Rintoul for the executory and Claire Morgan and Kirsten Philp for the conveyancing. No matter how small, nothing was too much trouble, they helped us through a very distressing time and we cannot thank them enough.
